The Becy Ellison Christian Women's and Men's Job Corps Endowment was originally established as the Texas CWJC/CMJC Endowment in 2002 by site coordinators in celebration of CWJC’s fifth anniversary.

It was renamed in 2021 in memory of Rebecca “Becky” Ellison, former WMU of Texas CWJC/CMJC State Consultant. The endowment provides grants for sites as well as scholarships for CWJC/CMJC graduates to continue their education.
