Christian Women’s Job Corps® (CWJC) and Christian Men’s Job Corps® (CMCJ) seeks to equip women and men, in a Christian context, for life and employment. Through these vibrant ministries, participants gain self-confidence, purpose, direction, and hope for the future.

The Becy Ellison Christian Women's and Men's Job Corps Endowment was originally established as the Texas CWJC/CMJC Endowment in 2002 by site coordinators in celebration of CWJC’s fifth anniversary.
It was renamed in 2021 in memory of Rebecca “Becky” Ellison, former WMU of Texas CWJC/CMJC State Consultant. The endowment provides grants for sites as well as scholarships for CWJC/CMJC graduates to continue their education.
